Working with Whale Rock Workshops

Efficientlyou recently worked with Shari, the owner of Whale Rock Workshops, who organizes professional writing workshops for her clients. We worked with her to help integrate her website, e-commerce, and mailing lists.

Working with Shari's specifications, we decided upon a solution that could create a seamless checkout experience for her customers, automatically track class sizes, remaining spots available, ask registrants custom questions, and add registrants to her existing mailing lists.

By putting this plan in place to integrate her infrastructure, we will allow Shari's customers to have a seamless shopping experience and automatically get notifications as their workshop approaches. Additionally, this solution will Shari save time and energy otherwise spent transferring customer data between her website and mailing lists.
