Helping a Client in Private Practice

Over the last few weeks, Efficientlyou had the privilege of working with Sharon, a busy private practitioner. We assisted Sharon in creating user-friendly intake forms for her own clients to use and designed spreadsheets to help track her professional development (PD) hours.

The fillable intake forms helped Sharon's clients by eliminating the need for printing and scanning. Additionally, Sharon can now seamlessly transfer customer information directly from intake forms to internal documents.

The custom spreadsheet we designed to help monitor PD hours will help Sharon track and consolidate her information efficiently. Like many other private practitioners, Sharon's previous system of gathering her PD information each year was tedious and time-consuming.
